Terms of Service
This Service Contract ("Contract") is between Dinisoft ("We," "Us," "Our") and you ("You," "Your," "Client," "Customer"). Services may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of material violating United States federal, state, or city law or Bangladesh government law is prohibited — including copyrighted material, threatening or obscene content, trade secrets, and similar. You agree to indemnify Dinisoft from claims arising from your use that damages you or others. Prohibited sites include those promoting illegal activity or content harmful to Dinisoft or other Internet servers; links to such materials are also prohibited.
Unacceptable content or links
For shared hosting, Windows hosting, reseller, master reseller, cloud servers, and dedicated servers, examples include:
- Topsites, IRC scripts/bots, proxy scripts/anonymizers
- Pirated software/warez, IP scanners, brute-force tools
- Mail bombers/spam scripts, child exploitation content (immediate suspension)
- File dump/mirror scripts, excessive commercial audio streaming
- HYIP, FOREX exchanges, Ponzi/MLM schemes without permits
- Lottery sites, hateful/harassment content, hacker archives
- Fraudulent sites, Mailer Pro, and similar abusive uses
Delivery of Services
After payment you receive an automated receipt — keep your username for support. Services are delivered electronically; delays will be communicated. For order questions contact support@dinisoftbd.com. Support is 24/7 with typical response within about one hour.
General Terms and Policies
The service is provided to authorized subscribers. Use is subject to restrictions below — continued use means acceptance. If you disagree, cancel immediately and stop using the service.
Coverage
If you are an individual subscriber, terms apply to everyone accessing through your account. If commercial, they apply to employees, agents, and customers. Violations by anyone using your account are treated as your violation.
Prices and Charges
Control panels may be included free; misuse charges may be passed to you.
Term
Service continues while you use it lawfully; Dinisoft may terminate for violations.
Backups
Daily backups are performed but not guaranteed for client restoration — maintain your own copies. A fee may apply for backup restoration (e.g. $50 one-time as stated in original terms).
Suspended or Terminated Account Backups
Terminated account backups may be retained for a limited period; restoration fees may apply subject to availability.
Grounds for Suspension and Termination
Including but not limited to:
- Violating laws, court orders, or regulations
- Adult/pornography policies breaches
- Spamming, privacy violations, or unauthorized access attempts
- Using hosting as bulk file/backup service without permission
- Piracy, excessive resource abuse, false registration data
- Unauthorized relays, DoS/harassment, phishing, chargebacks
Security
Do not access private areas; notify us immediately of unauthorized account use.
Intellectual Property
Copyright complaints may be sent to abuse@dinisoftbd.com. You are responsible for your published content and indemnify Dinisoft.
Liability
Use is at your own risk. Dinisoft is not liable for third-party materials or indirect damages. You indemnify Dinisoft for claims arising from your use including spam/abuse damages.
Warranty
Services are provided "as is, as available" without express/implied warranties including merchantability or fitness for a purpose.
VPS CPU Usage
Do not sustain CPU load that disrupts the host; abusive usage may result in reboot, shutdown, or suspension.
VPN/Proxy Usage Policy for VPS
VPN/proxy use is not allowed unless expressly permitted in writing. Violations may lead to suspension, termination, or legal action.
Content
You are responsible for screening objectionable content accessed by users you administer.
Disputes
Disputes may be resolved under Bangladeshi law and international arbitration as stated in the original agreement.
Governing Law
Bangladeshi laws and applicable international laws govern these terms.
Cancellation Procedure
Submit cancellations through the client area using the package cancellation request. Immediate cancellation terminates service within about 24 hours of approval. Cancel PayPal subscriptions yourself. Submit before renewal invoices where required. Dedicated cancellations may need advance notice (e.g. 7 days before renewal).
Discount Vouchers
One voucher per transaction; leftover value may be forfeited; restrictions may apply per promotion.
Account Payments
Overdue accounts may be suspended after several days and terminated thereafter; dedicated servers may suspend immediately when overdue per billing policy.
Amendments
Terms may be updated by posting changes; continued use constitutes acceptance or you may terminate if you disagree.
