Refund Policies

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact support — we will try to resolve the issue. If the problem cannot be resolved and you remain unsatisfied, you may be entitled to a refund within 30 days (where applicable).

Refunds are not available for .COM, .NET, .ORG, or other domain names, SSL certificates, domain transfer in/out fees, or third-party products. No refunds are provided for VPS or dedicated servers except where explicitly stated in the Acceptable Use Policy or Terms.

No refunds if services are terminated for violations of our policies. Credit on account cannot be cashed out — it must be used for purchases and renewals. Setup fees are non-refundable. Promotional purchases may be excluded from the 30-day guarantee.

Excess funds may be reimbursed as account credit only. Returns and refunds may be credited within 10–45 days per internal processing.
